The equipment realizes the full-automatic production of the whole process from PCB board splitting to final product discharging, and uses RFID technology to realize the management and traceability of equipment production data, and monitor the production situation throughout the process. It has 18 inspection stations to strictly control product quality. The full-automatic assembly line of smoke detectors completes the PCB, labyrinth, transmitter tube, receiver tube, shielding hood and capacitor automatic assembly, soldering and inspection functions. At the same time, it completes the functions of automatic assembly of labyrinth components, the middle clamp, LED conductors, labyrinth protection and top protection, and automatic labeling of finished products.
